Great opportunity to work for a Fortune 100 company. We are looking for someone to manage the processes and candidate status updates within an applicant tracking system. The candidate will build working relationships with members of the Experienced Recruiting team, partners, staff, EAs and HR colleagues. Plan and participate in recruiting meetings and events

Respond to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires. Share best practices and creates consistency with peers. Screen and assess potential contacts and candidates when appropriate.



Requirements:



At least 1 year of similar experience in recruiting processes and systems

Knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practice. Attention to detail

Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Communicates clearly, both orally and in writing

Flexible; with the ability to work well independently and as a team.

Strong computer skills including proficiency with standard Microsoft Applications. Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
