About the Role: CHANEL is looking for a Workplace Manager to join our Workplace Strategy & Experience Team in our New York corporate office. You will play a leading role in ensuring our office facilities are operating at peak efficiency and providing oversight to our workplace services team. This position thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is passionate about using systems and thinking creatively to deliver exceptional support. Well organized, flexible, and strategically faces all challenges of supporting an office environment. You will have strong people management/coaching and project management skills, have the ability to think on your feet, make quick decisions, and delegate, but also be ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and get to work. This role will require exceptional communication skills, the ability to be resourceful, and to create constructive relationships with a diverse range of personalities. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, a passion for client service and strong understanding of office facilities.What impact you can create at CHANEL: Office Facilities Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our corporate offices, including scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing workplace maintenance activities.Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, proposal negotiations, vendor onboarding and invoice processing.Partner with security team on building access for employees and security-related repairs and maintenanceEnsure Health, Safety and Environment compliance throughout the property. Vendor Coordination and Management: Coordinate contractors and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.Maintain relationships with building management and key vendor partners.Schedule and oversee maintenance work assignments, balancing efficiency and employee needs. Workplace Experience: Collaborate on event planning, including communication, logistics and budget management.Manage scheduling for office training center and event space, assist employees in planning and hosting events.Develop and execute new ways of working initiatives. What you will bring to the team: Previous experience in corporate office facilities management and vendor coordination.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.Excellent client service mentality with the ability to handle inquiries promptly.Budget management experience, including invoice processing and tracking spend.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.Strong organization and logistical abilitiesAesthetic inclination with a focus on creating and elevating the office experience for both our employees and guests. Position Logistics: Minimum of 5 years' experience in relative role Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience Based in NYC office. Workplace essential role - 5 days per week in office with flexibility for 1 remote day per week as business needs allow. Availability for occasional after-hours support as required is essential. *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate. Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for this position is $63,400 through $105,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
