This position is responsible for supervising the food and nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred.Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required. Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensured meal service times are on schedule. Performs other job-related duties.Dietary Supervisor Requirements: Prior Supervisor experience.
