As a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor (NPS), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our participants. Your responsibilities will include:Supervising and guiding Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff to deliver exceptional care.Conducting thorough wellness assessments and providing urgent care services.Coordinating smooth transitions for participants requiring hospital care and managing complex cases.Engaging in collaborative Interdisciplinary Team meetings and contributing to ongoing care management education.Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and fostering clinical documentation improvement.Offering home visits and emergency coverage when necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
What You Bring:
We're looking for candidates who possess:Graduation from a nurse practitioner education program.A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with DEA Certification and Board Certification.Proficiency in more than one language is preferred.---About Us:
