The chosen candidate will play an instrumental role in assisting our urologists, providing direct patient care, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and manage urology patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Assist urologists during surgeries and procedures.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and offer health education to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field of urology.Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current state NP or PA license without restrictions.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- At least 2 of urology experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Compensation:
