Teamwork Healthcare, a leading and fast-growing Applied Behavior Analysis and Tech Company is looking to hire a Behavior Technician (RBT).The Behavior Technician (RBT) who will work in partnership with a Behavior Analyst is an integral member of our team who will be responsible for but not limited to the following:* Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention programs in the home, school, or the community* Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors* Observe and record behavior and skill acquisition data electronically during sessions* Collaborate and communicate with supervisory (BCBA) staffNOTE: *We are offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus effective from 03/01/2022.* This is a client-facing position. We do not currently offer remote positions. We cannot guarantee a set number of hours to providers looking to relocate.*Qualifications:** Minimum of 1 full year of ABA experience with children with autism* Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)* 21 years of age or older* Reliable transportation* RBT Certification (preferred)NOTE: This is a client-facing position.
