We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to join our clients team and contribute to their mission of fostering positive change. The ideal candidate will be a licensed social worker with a strong commitment to social justice and community development.*Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique circumstances.* Provide counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups to enhance their well-being and coping skills.* Advocate for clients and collaborate with other service providers to ensure access to necessary resources and services.* Facilitate support groups and workshops on relevant topics to address the needs of the community.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.* Participate in case conferences and team meetings to coordinate services and share insights for improved client outcomes.* Stay informed about community resources, social services, and policy changes to better assist clients.* Contribute to the development and implementation of program initiatives aimed at addressing broader social issues.*Qualifications:** Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.* State licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT* Demonstrated experience in providing direct social work services.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.* Knowledge of community resources and social services.* Commitment to social justice and advocating for marginalized populations.* Excellent organizational and documentation skills._Please note- The annual base salary range is $60k to $84k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
