Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat, Hershey's Milk & Milkshakes and more.This role requires 50% travel across our facilities along the East Coast (New York & New England Region)For candidates based in NY, this position typically pays between $117k - $133k.Job Summary:Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, industrial, or Electrical Engineering fields of study if applicable, or 7 - 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, or Associate's degree and 15 years related experience.Skills and Competencies:--Adaptability: Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected eventsAnalytical and Problem Solving: Works well in group problem solving situationsChange Management: Develops workable implementation plansCommunication: Exceptional interpersonal skillsInitiative/Drive: Sets and achieves challenging goalsHP Hood is an Equal Opportunity EmployerFemale/Minority/Veteran/Disabled"VERVRAA Federal Contractor"-- More...
