The organization offers a range of financial services to corporate clients, institutions, and individuals, leveraging its global network and expertise in cross-border transactions. They are actively searching for one (1) consultant for a short-term assignment within their Compliance Audit Team. DescriptionThe Compliance Audit Consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Lead the execution of audits for AML and sanctions programs.
• Develop and implement audit tests for the AML program, adhering to approved audit procedures and surveys.
• Perform assigned audit tasks, including executing approved audit programs and questionnaires.
• Track and validate outstanding audit issues, providing direct oversight as needed.
• Collaborate with business and compliance managers to resolve control issues promptly.
• Utilize experience as a bank examiner, auditor, consultant, or compliance professional with expertise in BSA, AML, and OFAC.
• Ensure documentation meets analytical procedures to support audit standards and regulatory expectations.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex issues to senior management effectively.ProfileThe successful Compliance Audit Consultant candidate should have the following background:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles such as bank examiner, auditor, consultant, or compliance professional.
  • CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or equivalent audit certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) regulations.
