The organization offers a range of financial services to corporate clients, institutions, and individuals, leveraging its global network and expertise in cross-border transactions. They are actively searching for one (1) consultant for a short-term assignment within their Compliance Audit Team. DescriptionThe Compliance Audit Consultant will be responsible for the following: - Lead the execution of audits for AML and sanctions programs.
- Develop and implement audit tests for the AML program, adhering to approved audit procedures and surveys.
- Perform assigned audit tasks, including executing approved audit programs and questionnaires.
- Track and validate outstanding audit issues, providing direct oversight as needed.
- Collaborate with business and compliance managers to resolve control issues promptly.
- Utilize experience as a bank examiner, auditor, consultant, or compliance professional with expertise in BSA, AML, and OFAC.
- Ensure documentation meets analytical procedures to support audit standards and regulatory expectations.
