The Administrative Nurse Manager actualizes the vision, mission, values, and balanced scorecard performance measures. As a member of the Faculty Practice Management team, the Administrative Nurse Manager will assist the Sr. Director and Assistant Director of Clinical Operations with oversight of the Faculty Practice Group's standardization of ambulatory clinical practices in terms of functionality, workflows, and staffing. The position will join the clinical operations team in all operational and clinical activities of the Faculty Practice Group's performance improvement, quality initiatives, and research activities, maintain professional practice standards and clinical expertise, and demonstrate leadership skills. The responsibilities will involve the development and implementation of comprehensive programs for quality and improvement activities to facilitate the achievement of the fiscal and strategic objectives of the Faculty Practice Group. The Administrative Nurse Manager will be assigned to as-needed clinical RN functions for various organizational initiatives and will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care throughout all of the faculty practice departments.
