Details: Position Summary: We are currently hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Program Manager to join our Outreach & Enrollment team at Urban Health Plan. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, to ensure the program meets its goals and objectives. Assists individuals in successfully applying for and enrolling in Health Insurance programs that fit their needs. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in related field required.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with related experience including supervisory experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional experience to patients.
- Understanding of phone etiquette and standard office procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties:
- Supervise associates assigned to the FE-ABD Program and provide leadership through daily huddles, monthly meetings, QA and feedback sessions.
- Execute program work plan and coordination/collaboration plans.
- Collects statistical data regarding the practice volume and can offer explanations for increases or decreases in volume. Takes actions to increase volume under the supervision of the Department Head.
- Develop and submit accurate reports on the productivity metrics of the department as per established requirements.
- Attend required meetings and complete applicable federal and/or state consumer assistance training.
- Ensure associates complete all required organizational and program training.
- Build collaborations and establish linkages with community organizations to promote and expand the services of the department.
- Assist individuals to facilitate their complete application and enrollment process. This process can be accomplished in-person, by phone or via virtual meetings. Submission of complete and accurate applications.
- Assist in the development, management and submission of department budget and budget modifications. Operate within the budget guidelines and ensure financial reports are submitted as required.
- Manages human resources activities of the department in regards to: recruiting and selection, hiring and termination, professional development, mentoring, counseling and performance evaluations.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance of complete and accurate applications for the team. Starting Compensation: Minimum $60,000 per year; Maximum $65,000 per year
