Currently seeking a polished Administrative Receptionist to join a fast growing support team within a high profile law firm conveniently located in midtown! This temp to permanent position is a front facing role with exposure to clients and guests, and offers continued opportunity for growth and advancement within the firm.



Responsibilities:

- Answer phones, taking messages or fielding routine questions

- Manage conference rooms and meeting set up, including room setup, food, reservations, AV, etc.

- Manages travel and black car service in the city

- Manage outgoing couriers and packages (domestic and international)

- Additional projects as directed in support of office operations



Requirements:

- 4+ years experience in a similar role within a corporate or large legal environment

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

- Strong computer skills, including MS Office

- A clear and professional phone presence
