There are separate -opportunities for junior -level (3 years) and senior level (10 years). -The right candidate will have the following:

• Affordable Housing and Low Income Credit experience
• Multifamily Housing experience
• FHA, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Home Loan Banks, municipal bond insurance, letters of credit, insurance company guarantees, short-term cash-backed bond financing, and total return swap financing structures
• General Real Estate transnational -experienceOther helpful backgrounds include: Business cash flow, Bankruptcy and Tax.
