• Mandatory and voluntary corporate actions processing
• Advising clients of corporate action events
• Support internal tax queries
• Management of operational risk and compliance/regulatory standards Profile
  • Extensive experience with scrubbing or processing corporate actions
  • Strong US market knowledge
  • Understanding of DTCC platform and Broadridge platforms
  • Product knowledge of equities and fixed income securities
