Speedway - Store Leader TraineeOur Company is looking for a full-time Store Leader.Job Responsibilities:Provides customer service leadership and direction, in conjunction with General Manager or Branded Foods Restaurant Manager, for the entire store and a team of employees working in that location.Trains, schedules, and coaches all new and current store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to appropriately handle customer service needs.Ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.Qualifications:Valid New York State Driver's License.Open availability - 24/7, 365, nights, holidays, and weekendsRelocatable, 45 minutes in one direction.Speedway offers the best benefits in retail including:Weekly paychecks and paid holidays.Paid vacation and sick pay plans.Coverage in medical, dental, life, and vision insurance is eligible upon enrollment.Immediate eligibility and vesting for a 401k plan with a company match of $1.17 per dollar up to 6% of annual salary begin upon enrollment.Monthly bonus/incentive potential.Guaranteed 50 hours in the training phase (paid hourly).
