Company Description Real estate management company seeking In-House Counsel to handle leases and litigation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Counsel at Commercial Real Estate NYC. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions. They will review and negotiate leases, contracts, conduct legal research, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The In-House Counsel will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the company's legal needs.
