Chloe + Isabel is seeking a SOFTWARE QA INTERN to join our Technology Team! - As our Software QA Intern, you will be working closely with our QA Lead to support product improvement efforts through software testing. - You will also work on creating automated tests, scripts, test plans, cases, and reports. Additional projects / focuses to include and not limited to:

• Enhancing software quality for both externally-facing and internal components
  
• Taking part in User Experience testing to improve usability and making the product experience more intuitive
  
• Contributing to internal product documentation and providing general software product support to all departments
  
  YOU ARE:
  
  
  
  • Passionate about solving difficult or complex problems
    
  • Keenly interested in Software Engineering, User-Experience Design, and Product Management
    
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting skills - able to identify problems by attacking them from different angles and testing individual variables
    
  • Can take both a qualitative and quantitative approach to testing and problem analysis
    
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    
  • Self-starter and team player

    • Understanding of SQL
      
    • Understanding of basic UI concepts (basic HTML, CSS)
