- Serve as advisor and supervise strategic development and implementation of client campaigns/ deliverables
- Work with supervisor and team leads to develop strategic marketing goals based on brand strategy and direction, as well as analyze critical marketplace data
- Maintain contact and communication with various key stakeholders such as sales rep leads, data teams and IT depts
- Liaison between the agency and client to establish goals and budget and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions for all
- Fiscal responsibility / oversight for client budget, (estimates, scopes, invoicing)
- Continues to build knowledge of therapeutic areas(s), pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer/patient marketing and is comfortable playing an advisor role with client brand teams
- Mentor Account Executive(s) and inspires others to be passionate about the work
