Qualifications:

• Must have valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of NY
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain (within the last year for physical)
• Must be living within Deer Park
• Certified HHA / PCA drivers encouraged to apply - must have a valid driver's license Details:
  • Hourly Rate from $18.55 to $20.00
  • Concierge cases for high-end, private-pay patients
  • Full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedule options available
