As a Staff HR Business Partner for the Go-to-Market departments, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our strategic business objectives with HR strategies and operations. You will be a key advisor to senior leaders within the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, providing expertise in areas such as leadership coaching, compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management. What will you do? - Serve as a consultant on human resources management, organizational changes, and organizational planning.
- Partner with Go-to-Market leadership and other key business partners to develop and implement HR strategies that support the Go-to-Market departments' objectives.
- Partner with department leaders to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client groups.
- Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and other aspects of HR to determine their impact on the company's ability to attract and retain employees.
- Facilitate talent management processes, including talent reviews and talent development.
- Lead strategy on the company-wide employee engagement surveys and partner with leaders to develop action plans to act on feedback.
- Help implement performance management processes, providing guidance on performance reviews, feedback, and employee development.
- Analyze and utilize data to proactively identify organizational health trends and influence business leaders.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
- Provide guidance and input on department restructures and workforce planning.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
- Be a lifelong learner, research and adopt industry best practices and trends (such as AI applications), exude a growth mindset.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
