Seeking a committed professional to join our team in Latham, NY, US as a Commercial Lines Rater in our Commercial Insurance division.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in evaluating risks for small enterprises.
Main responsibilities include producing quotes for small business risks using different carrier platforms, for both new customers and policy renewals.

Responsibilities:
--- Quoting online
--- Handling all inquiries from clients promptly and professionally
--- Update client/prospect information in the agency management system
--- Putting together proposals
--- Continuing education (Company Paid) for industry designations

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years experience in commercial lines insurance
--- NYS P&C License required
--- Live within 30 miles of Latham NY
--- Insurance Designation a plus
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
