We are presently in search of a full-time Director of Information Technology to join our Information Technology team. This individual will oversee the IT department to ensure its smooth and efficient operation. Additionally, they will be pivotal in defining the organization's technological strategic direction, facilitating its development, and fostering future growth. Responsibilities include supervising the overall technology development and utilization plan for the agency, as well as managing all information technology resources within our organization. The Director will collaborate closely with the executive team to implement technical solutions aimed at enhancing our ability to serve participants effectively. Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually Requirements Essential Duties: - Partner with the executive leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for Information Technology (IT) management and production, balancing the long-term and immediate needs
- Assess current IT infrastructure and identify and implement IT solutions to emerging issues as needed, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety, and soundness
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget
- Oversee data security and management
- Manage vendor and technology partner relationships
- Manage IT resource allocation, goal/KPI settings, and performance metrics
- Liaise with partners across the agency to determine and support their IT needs
- Facilitate the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans
- Provide system administration for the Google Workplace environment
- Manage and support the work of the IT division, including providing operational support as needed and ensuring staff continue to develop their professional education and stay abreast of current innovations and best practices
- Manage various technology-based special projects for the agency
- In-person attendance is required to collaborate with co-workers
- Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred
- Minimum eight years of experience working in IT operations
- Minimum five years of experience overseeing IT teams and projects
