Position Summary:

Responsible for managing some aspects of clinical onboarding, scheduling clinical rotations for schools of nursing, provide expertise and guidance.
Comfortable with classroom and bedside teaching.
Serves as a resource person to staff and management.
Participates in performance improvement activities as needed.
Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree is required. Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelor's degree and Master's degree is preferred.
Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Must gain instructor certification within 6 moths of employment.
Required certifications must be obtained through a MMCLC approved program.
Current clinical experience.
3 years minimum experience in Acute Care required. 5 or more years of experience preferred.
