Graduate of a surgical tech program and/or current Surgical Technologist certification. Successful completion of an accredited Surgical First Assistant Program. CAAHEP accreditation preferred. - -Minimum Experience: A minimum one year experience required. On-call required. -Certification/Licensure: - -Current Surgical First Assistant certification required. Current CPR Certificate required.Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.For New hires: -BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
