Bachelor's degree preferred.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Basis Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) current upon hire.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)/ENPC obtained within six (6) months of hire.Newly graduated RNs must have current BLS upon hire, must obtain ACLS and PALS/ENPC within six (6) months of hire.New hires will have ninety (90) days from date of hire to obtain American Heart Association certifications.
