May provide patient care when necessary.Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.Minimum Qualifications: -Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's and/or Master's Preferred. -Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.ACLS is required for all areas where moderate sedation is performed.Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) Preferred.New Hires: Required certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
