KW Rastall Oil continues to grow by providing our customers with the very best customer service. Were growing and actively hiring, looking for someone to support our nighttime drivers and customers. The Night Dispatcher will report to our Operations Manager.Responsibilities:- Oversee overnight dispatch responsibilities for a fleet of 50 trucks operating across NJ.- Handle incoming calls from customers and ensure that problems are quickly resolved.- Communicate specific instructions to drivers in the field. Review routes and communicate changes to drivers.- Answer emails in a timely manner.Qualifications:- Prior dispatching experience preferred.- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.- Strong geographical knowledge of NJ- Strong problem-solving skills.Benefits:- 401 (k)- Dental Insurance- Health Insurance- Opportunities for Advancement- Vision InsuranceSchedule:- Monday Friday, 8pm - 6am, Weekend shifts available.K.W.
