• Ensures each order sent out is uniform.
  
• Controls food production to include:
  
• Proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, seasoning and ensuring sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers.
  
• Prepares for a rush period of work without getting behind.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  Take responsibility for duties or station.Qualifications
  Experience* Prior experience as a cook required.
  * Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  * Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  * Six months experience as a cook's helper preferred.
  * Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen.
