You will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, components, and services essential for our manufacturing processes within NetSuite. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1 Strategic Sourcing: * Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain. * Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing. * Continuously monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement within NetSuite * Supplier Management: * Manage relationships with existing suppliers, including conducting regular performance evaluations and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise. * Collaborate with suppliers to drive process improvements, quality enhancements, and cost reductions. * Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the supplier network. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work closely with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, logistics, quality assurance, and finance teams, to understand their procurement needs and requirements. * Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization. * Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and ensure alignment on procurement priorities and objectives. * Process Optimization: * Assess current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation. * Implement streamlined procurement procedures, standardize documentation, and leverage technology solutions to enhance productivity and reduce lead times. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, measure performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational excellence.Anderson Frank International is the leading ERP recruitment firm in the US advertising more ERP/NetSuite roles any other agency.
