About the role The Director of Category Growth Management is pivotal in fostering robust customer partnerships through data-driven insights, crafting persuasive selling narratives, and driving portfolio expansion. Reporting directly to the Customer Marketing Director, this role entails spearheading the development and execution of category growth plans tailored to the regional Business Unit (BU) categories and brands. By leveraging consumer and shopper insights, this role innovates to achieve mutually beneficial business growth across online and offline channels.
