• Join a well-established group
• Full-time permanent position
• Daytime shifts
• 5 on / off or 7 on / off 8 to 9 hour days
• Must be able to cover 11 nights annually
• Will cover LTAC and Rehab facilities primarily
• Census 15 between 2 facilities
• No codes or procedures
• NJ Licensed NP / PA, with experience
