Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:Join our team as the VP, Industrial Food Safety & Quality for North America, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and driving the implementation of strategic imperatives within our industrial facilities. -Reporting directly to SVP of Food Safety and Quality for North America, you will be responsible for overseeing food safety and quality initiatives, managing critical incidents, and supporting the development of our industrial food safety and quality (FSQ) capabilities. -We are seeking a proactive, motivated individual with a passion for technical activities and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a passion for finding improvement opportunities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ability to build working relationships and networks to maximize integrated teams' business actions is crucial for success in this role. -Main Responsibilities:Drive the deployment of strategic imperatives and standards within North America. -Lead and coordinate new projects related to food safety and quality enhancement. -Monitor performance and conduct regular site visits to supervise local teams. -Ensure timely and consistent management of critical non-conformities and consumer complaints. -Support the development of capabilities for local teams and third-party providers. -Ensure compliance with FDA/CFIA regulations and FSMA requirements at plant level. -Lead cross-functional projects related to food safety and quality improvement, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. -Prepare and present dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations to senior leadership. -Evaluate and refine FSQ processes and procedures to drive efficiency and compliance. Identify opportunities for innovation and best practice adoption. -Who we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field, Master's a plus -Minimum 8 years of experience in food safety and quality management with multi-plant experienceIn-depth knowledge of FDA/CFIA regulations and FSMA requirements -Previous experience as a Plant FSQ Manager -Strong people leadership and project management experienceAbility to prepare and present dashboards with key KPIs and recommendations to senior leadership. -Availability for frequent travel - approx. 50 - 60%How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
