As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will:

• Be accountable for resourcing project managers to critical initiatives across NA MedTech Deliver, demonstrating the appropriate project management methodology, while integrating Deliver business acumen, and process excellence as appropriate to deliver final project objectives.
• Lead and develop a team that includes 2-5 Project Managers
• Both run the PM team and lead strategic projects as well.
• Drive flawless project execution by ensuring milestone schedule / stage gates, FPOs and scope agreed upon during formal Project Kick Off and track on a monthly basis during Project Leadership Team reviews
• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans to provide partners with projections, progress updates, escalations, action plans and results
• Handle project execution to ensure FPOs, project timeline (critical milestones), and budget are met
• Ensure interdependencies and risks are properly highlighted and advanced through the proper channels and consistency in execution Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for PM team project plan, deliverables, timelines, risk, and FPO's
  • Provides leadership to a team of Project Management professionals, to ensure flawless execution of priority projects & programs
  • Champions FPX methodology to ensure a consistent, proven approach to project management
  • Collaborates with Deliver, Plan, Commercial, Finance, and other partners to get results through effective project management.
