Preferred Home Health Care is in need of an RN/LPN for a school transport case, in Springfield, NJ.RATE WILL BE DISCUSSED ONCE YOU APPLY-- RATE IS DEPENDED IF NURSE IS A LPN OR A RN APPLYING WITH US.Case:-14 Year Old Female; Seizures- PICK UP TIMES AT 7:30 AM and 2:15PM.- nurse is needed to ride the bus to and from school for seizure precaution- nurse would arrive at the home for a 7:30am pick up. Nurse would leave car at the house, ride the 1 bus to school with the child, and then the bus brings you back to your car.-Nurse would then return back at 2:15pm for the afternoon.
