- Ensures Program Leaders and Pro ject " Management within [TA] partner effectively with"functions within R&D (e.g., Clinical Development)"and across the Enterprise (e.g., Operations,"Commercial)
- Engages senior leaders and functional area"stakeholders to ensure alignment of program"strategy and operational plans under the remit
- Clearly communicates program risks, implications"of changes in the competitive landscape , and"progress toward key milestones
- Actively drives portfolio level strategy for both"internal and external opportunities
