With worldwide Employee Related Obligations of approximately $7.1 Billion reported in 2023, this role will be responsible for coordinating financial consolidation, reporting, and disclosure of Global Pension and Post-Employment liabilities and expenses and other Domestic benefits financial administration. Key Responsibilities Include: --- Preparing all Annual and Quarterly SEC Filing Disclosures related to Global Retirement Plans, and Post- Employment Benefits --- Responsible for forecasting and allocation of Domestic benefits costs to affiliates --- Analyzing information and researching accounting treatments for global affiliates and to project teams that support Acquisitions and Divestitures, Reorganizations, Etc. --- Leading the preparation of 8+ financial statements for Domestic Benefit Plans, coordinating with external parties including external auditors, and preparing Form 5500 Filings with the Department of Labor --- Lead the coordination, consolidation and reporting of Global Headcount for Senior Management reviews --- Provide analytical insights for Senior Management Key Opportunities Include: --- Understanding of International Plan's, countries, and related accounting.
