Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Intelligent Automation within our Corporate Business Technology team, based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. You will drive the technology product ownership and capability pull-through for our Intelligent Automation program aligned to the objectives of the organization. In this capacity, the role is expected to drive the product & capability roadmap development of multiple emerging technologies including, but not limited to, Conversational IA and Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and contribute to multiple automation project teams in support of the Intelligent Automation program. You will be responsible for understanding industry trends, customer demands, and implementing a robust capability service for the organization. You will actively engage with functional leaders and enable developing J&J Technology as a competitive advantage. You will also support digitization for the corporate functions and domains. In this role, you will be responsible for advocacy, operationalization, build and run of all Conversational Intelligent Automation. If you have previous experience in virtual agent and/or intelligent automation roles implementing large programs, are naturally curious, have a drive for technology, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are passionate about improving our employee's lives, we encourage you to apply today. - Internal Partnerships & Leadership Alignment: acting as a trusted advisor to business partners across the IA program's lifecycle starting with inception through to program goals, ongoing continuous improvement, and communication of progress against objectives
- Product Management: partnering with product management teams to ensure roadmaps are oriented to deliver against program objectives and measurable key performance indicators
- External Partnerships: leading vendor relationships to influence development capabilities & ensure that our needs will be met by our partners
