Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical IT Operations Manager with our client in their Brick, NJ location
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our MSP business and providing strategic insight for overall business growth
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities a team of 4-6 service technicians, managing project workflows, and collaborating closely with the owner to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the business.



Develop business proposals and associated project estimates/schedules; manage project workflows from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, tracking, and reporting
Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
During project execution, be present on site to monitor service delivery and project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of service technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
7+ years of experience in a similar role within the IT services industry, preferably in an MSP environment
Proven track record of successfully managing service delivery operations and project workflows, meeting service agreements and project deadlines
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies, with the ability to provide technical guidance and support
Knowledge of project management tools a plus; IT ticketing software experience is a must
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Certifications, Cisco Certifications or relevant technical certifications are a plus
Ability to travel between the main office and site locations within the portfolio and be able to ascend and descend stairs, including comfortability with exposure to varying environmental climates and circumstances
