We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Manager, Workplace Branding Design, to champion our company's brand identity and culture for workplace branding in our global sites.As the Senior Manager, Workplace Branding Design, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design strategies that enhance our company's brand presence within the physical workspace. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand identity is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of the workplace environment. The Senior Manager, Workplace Branding Design leads the end-to-end design and execution of physical workplace enhancements for existing, new, and newly acquired worksites. They will collaborate with architects, facility leads, interior designers, and other key partners to ensure consistency in brand design and messaging in 100+ sites globally.If you are a talented designer with a passion for workplace branding and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply for the Senior Manager, Workplace Branding Design role. • Develop and execute creative concepts adhering to the Corporate Workplace Branding guidelines including office d--cor, signage, environmental graphics, and interior design elements.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director, Workplace Branding Projects Lead and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints to create branding packages (space planning, branding elements, ceiling, lighting layout, furniture, and finish selection)
• Produce detailed design specifications, renderings, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively and facilitate decision-making.
• Work efficiently and effectively to keep projects on track and meet deadlines necessary to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of workplace branding elements to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, educating employees on the importance of workplace branding and their role in upholding the company's brand image
• Provide guidance to internal and external partners on matters related to workplace design and branding, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and technologies related to workplace branding, and incorporate innovative ideas into your work
• Supports in creation of temporary workplace branding (i.e. digital signage, banners, etc.)
• Travel 10-20%Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferred in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in branding, environmental graphics, or workplace design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools (e.g. Sketch, Rhino)
  • Strong understanding of branding principles including typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Detail oriented mindset with a focus on quality and craftsmanship in design execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
