Learn more at The Technology Lead, Global Medical Affairs is responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of innovative technology and business process solutions to drive impactful outcomes in J&J Innovative Medicine Global Medical Affairs. This role leads the portfolio of technology programs and provide leadership for priority innovative projects partnering with key stakeholders. The role is responsible for ongoing portfolio prioritization and budget management and will provide leadership in the development of strategies to optimize operations across the portfolio. This role is responsible for managing activities across the project spectrum including vendor/staff management, project and change management, and communications. Other responsibilities include providing visibility to leadership on the status across the portfolio including performance, value, & impact measurements. Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities --- Lead the development of the technology and innovation roadmap for Global Medical Affairs Operations, in alignment with priority business objectives. --- Partner with key stakeholders (e.g., Worldwide Medical Affairs Leadership, R&D, Legal, Patent, HCC, Global Medical Adoption, Global Trial Research Excellence, Global MAF TA teams, Regional MAF teams) to identify opportunities to apply innovative solutions and to drive adoption and improvements of existing solutions. --- Collaborate with internal IT and external solution providers to implement and maintain solutions, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements. --- Provide change management leadership in the adoption of innovative change with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency --- Direct and oversee MAF operations associates who operationally support the various programs in-scope --- Identify performance indicators to measure the value of return on innovative solution investments. --- Accountable for the budget tracking and financial management for all related project spend including financial planning, PO creation, invoice approvals, and accrual submissions --- Provide Strategy & Execution support to Established Brands --- Lead other special projects as identified by the Sr. Director, Strategic Operations More...
