About the Role Reporting to the Poker Campaign Manager, the Poker Campaign Associate is responsible for utilizing operational tools to configure and deliver flawless marketing campaigns for BetMGM Poker customers. The Poker Campaign team is responsible for configuring and delivering player communications and Poker promotions via email, push notifications, website, and in-client messaging for the BetMGM, Borgata, and Party Poker brands. Responsibilities The core responsibilities of this role are: - Workflow and Stakeholder Management: Tracking campaign progress using Workfront, ensuring alignment on requests from stakeholders, making recommendations based on resource requirements and system capabilities, understanding prioritization of requests, and communicating status updates and timelines
- QA & Testing: Ensuring that system setup is accurate against campaign requests and company standards prior to deployment, utilizing test accounts to review customer journeys, testing new functionality as it is delivered, ensuring stakeholders are aware of system capabilities and limitations, and reviewing campaigns once live to validate accuracy
- Execution: Creating complex campaign setups across multiple tools to ensure that customer journeys are flawless, from opening an email or push notification, to viewing the campaign within the product, and finally concluding the customer journey
In addition, other responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: - Utilizing project management tools to track campaign progress and request assets from the Copy and Creative teams
- Mastering proprietary promotional tools, Optimove, Sitecore, ExactTarget, Indigo, and others as needed to ensure flawless end-to-end presentation to customers
- Tracking bug reports as needed in collaboration with the Poker Campaign Manager and Senior Manager, Poker Operations
- Ensuring Customer Care has required information to answer campaign-related queries
- Troubleshooting escalated issues from Customer Care
- Delivering ad-hoc campaigns in response to business needs as requested by key stakeholders, such as influencing specific KPIs or delivering good will gestures to customers due to technical issues
- Ensuring that all campaigns meet company Responsible Gambling, Legal, and Compliance standards
- Refining evergreen content as needed to ensure consistently fresh experience for customers
Essential Functions - Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications - At least one year in a marketing, CRM, or operations role
- Significant experience playing online or land-based poker
- Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to navigate complex and nuanced technical systems
- Advanced organizational skills
