JIRA Service Management Specialist

• 2 - 3 Years working with Atlassian products
• Some level of JIRA certification (one or all of the below)
  • Atlassian Certified Expert (nice to have)
  • JIRA Service Project Administrator
  • JIRA Administration for the Cloud
  • 6 - 8 years implementing ITSM solutions (ServiceNow, Jira, others)
    • Creating ticket structure
    • Optimizing ITSM efficiency
    • ITSM reporting
    • ITSM process improvements and on-going monitoring
    • 2 - 3 years data analysis / reporting
      
      Note - Jira for project tracking is different than JIRA for Service Management.
