Omnichannel Associate Manager, Grocery Locations: NJ, MI, OH, TX Background & Purpose of the Job eCommerce is the fastest growing segment of the retail industry, and Unilever's priority is winning share growth during this phase of rapid growth. The Omnichannel Associate Manager, Grocery is responsible for embedding eCommerce business operations into the way we manage multiple strategic customer relationships, and rapidly growing our omnichannel turnover and share. This role will accelerate Unilever's eCommerce sales by developing, enabling, and operating omnichannel businesses at scale. Who You Are & What You'll Do The Omnichannel Associate Manager, Grocery will collaborate with Grocery Customer Leads, Business Managers, Sales Operations, Content Specialists, Category Management, and Shopper Marketing teams to develop and execute a coherent strategy across Grocery dotcom customers (excluding Kroger) to win share and growth faster than our competitive categories. S/he will own Omnichannel strategy, end to end content, assist in the development of profitability modeling, and will partner to execute our assortment strategy by modality and investment strategy where applicable. In partnership with the Grocery Customer Development (CD) teams, the s/he will collaborate with Customer Business Managers (CBMs) to identify areas of opportunity and growth to integrate into their respective Customer Team's strategy and execution. Knowledge of eCommerce is essential to lead the conversation with retailers and fully integrate omnichannel considerations into the plan. s/he will do the analysis to better understand the key business drivers and impact on Market share. S/he will share accountability for turnover, category share, and perfect store online metrics with the Customer Leads. The Omnichannel Associate Manager will be a key talent for digital leadership positions in the future. S/he needs to be a disruptive thinker who can see opportunities and inspire the team to deliver, but also be an operator who can navigate the organization efficiently, and work through any roadblocks that may arise. You're a born leader: Manage the relationship with the category managers and customer digital merchandising teams. You're a master influencer : Strategically influence internal stakeholders and Brick and Mortar teams to further the Omni agenda and increase dCom Contribution with retailers. You're a digital shelf expert : Own the Digital shelf including informing the digital strategy, partnering with our content team, owning A/B testing of assets, consulting on search strategy, and owning competitive auditing. You're a commercial operator: Develop and deliver winning digital strategies, constantly optimizing, creating value, and finding ways to lead digital category growth with our retailers. You're a changemaker: You are operating in an environment filled with continuous rapid change and high complexity. You must have the flexibility to work across multiple functions - internally and externally - to build trust and gain alignment with key stakeholders to grow the business.
