We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Global Services organization on a fleet management project. This is an analytics project with the goal to provide one consumption tool for Global, Regional, and Operational Leaders to have HR, Procurement and Finance metrics available from a single source in order to enable actionable insights on fleet management. The global fleet management system currently in place is very decentralized and fragmented. They are looking to consolidate. Right now, they do not have a way to gather analytics on the entire fleet. Spend analysis, drivers and pay grades, electric vehicle change, ect. This project will build a tool that will bring all of this data together.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across global functional teams in procurement, HR, safety, finance, sustainability, etc. to gather requirements related to a fleet management dashboard
• Work with business stakeholders to define data metrics and translate those needs through business requirement documentation.
• Document all of the business requirements that get turned into user stories. These requirements will be handed off to an IT BA, who will create user stories.
• Support test script and UAT creation. Requirements:
  • This is an agile project that sits on the business side and will be working with the stakeholders to gather KPI's and metrics, thus an Agile BA is required.
  • Must have experience in creating KPIs, OKRs and other metrics.
  • Experience in fleet management is preferred
  • Must have experience with data and building an analytical tool (Using Tableau for the front-end, data layer is DataBricks).
  • Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is required.
  • Must have experience using JIRA.
  • Should have experience working on data analytics projects; with a focus on data visualization (Tableau preferred)
  • Any experience working with UI/UX designers is nice to have
  • Must be comfortable and experienced presenting to leadership and facilitating workshops.
  • Able to condense topics into bullet points- summarize for audience
  • Strong listening skills - must have the ability to tease out requirements More...
