The team accomplishes this mission by driving participant awareness and adoption of their plan benefits, providing personalized education and guidance in the 'moment that matter' and deliver service and support that meets the participant where they are at. The Line of Business team collaborates with RPWS and Line of Business Partners to innovate and deliver the participant experience.Job Responsibilities - Apply consistent process to lead and coordinate all activities associated with creating and deploying pointed processes, communications, training, content and messaging that supports internal readiness pre and post launch
- Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation
- Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences to include executives, line of business partners, operations, technology, and peers
- Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving participant base
- Overseeing a portfolio of projects
