Remarketing Associate - Hooksett New Hampshire

Your laser sharp attention to detail will drive your success as an Associate in our Remarketing Department. You will perform timely processing and the analysis of various types of leasing transactions. These transactions include but are not limited to: inventory sales, lease payoffs and disposition. You will validate all required documents (including Bills of Sale and Titles), assure that the dates and information have been provided and are accurate. Through a proactive process, you will resolve, escalate and partner with Merchants associates to payoff vehicles within our Service Level Standards. Your customer service orientation will allow you to develop relationships with third party providers to access required and/or missing documentation. Location: Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH What your day looks like: - Process transactions
- Process various end of lease transaction types.
- Validate required documents, dates and information have been provided and are accurate.
- Research processing questions or topics and communicate findings to the appropriate parties.
- Monitor exceptions and ensure timely response from business partners and third-party vendors.
- Escalate aged items and drive resolution.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance quality, improve productivity and minimize risk.
- Daily Workflow Reporting
- Run daily workflow reports.
- Engage management when processing days are at risk.
- Provide volumes and aging status to management during weekly meetings.
- Business Relationships
- Work closely with the operations, purchasing, customer service and transportation team members and management.
- Contact third party vendors and develop contact list for future requests. The skills you bring:
- Strong time management, effective planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in customer service and outbound calling.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Strong processing skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to affectively interface with peers, management and business partners.
- Strong Excel to include V-Lookups, and Index Match Function, Pivot Tables are a plus
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook. The expertise and education you have:
- Minimum two to three years of customer service and/or business processing experience.
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. The Company
