Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Experience: --- 26 months of Physical Therapy experience is required. --- 3 months of experience with Epic is required. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application. --- This role will require floating to multiple units Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36hours Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): NA Years of Experience: 2+ years with prior experience working in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred. Float Requirements: float to inpatient physical therapy as needed. Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient PT experience, Type of Patients on Unit: Ortho, Neuro, general deconditioning, balance deficits, pain Dress Code: Scrub Color: NA - can wear any color scrubs if you would like. All OP PTs dress professional. Must wear closed-toe and closed-side shoes. Any unacceptable attire: jeans, open toed shoes.
