We welcome candidates who have big ideas, crave innovation, and have the passion to Protect Those Who Protect Us.The F35 Solutions Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is responsible for leading a diverse team of professionals including Supply Chain Planners, Material Planning Coordinators and Master Schedulers, supporting the complex and dynamic Aperture factory in Merrimack, NH. The SCM will lead, develop, and implement supply chain strategies within the function and across the enterprise to drive program and business success.The SCM provides the support and leadership required to assist the team in meeting performance objectives, inclusive of quality, cost, and schedule salients.They will develop and foster strong, collaborative relationships with Program Management, Procurement, Subcontracts, Logistics, Manufacturing and Quality. The SCM is the escalation point of contact between the Supply Chain team and its functional partners. They are ultimately responsible for program execution while ensuring compliance with BAE Systems policies and procedures.Additionally, the SCM will be the focal point to implement and sustain major initiatives such as Ramp 2 Rate projects, material alert coordination, and material presentation improvements. The SCM is expected to drive continuous improvement in all facets of team and program performance.As a people manager, the SCM will lead training initiatives, maintain Individual Development Plans, and support career growth for their team. They will also champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Employee Safety initiatives as part of BAE Systems Core Values of Trusted, Innovative and Bold.Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of Supply Chain experience
