In addition, you can, too.The LR-PGK program within the Precision Guidance & Sensing Solutions (PGSS) product line is seeking a passionate and experienced project finance analyst to support this exciting and challenging development program. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This includes external & internal reporting, proposal support, leading program Estimates at Complete (EACs), managing cash flow, supporting quarterly business reviews, and leading the Integrated Business Plan for assigned programs. This individual will develop relationships as a full business partner with the program teams, support the business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making.Hybrid:Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remote. - Proposal support through pricing basis of estimates, and preparing request for bid approvals (RBA); participating in fact-finding, statements of position, and negotiations
- Reporting & presenting financials to management
- Serving as a full business partner to the program team
- Working with the contracts function for funding, billings, and other contractual items
- Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value management
- Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities
- Developing financial forecasts and analyzing estimates at completion
- Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews.
- Ensure compliance to internal controls while seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement
- Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. The onsite work location can either be Hudson NH or Huntsville AL.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 6 years of work experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
