Required Education, Experience, & Skills As a Hardware Engineering Lead, you will provide project level leadership to ensure successful execution of program plans and accomplishment of engineering department goals. You'll guide teams performing research, development, and consulting assignments of a professional technical nature where extensive and diversified knowledge of hardware engineering principles and practices are necessary to successfully accomplish objectives. Required Job Skills, Responsibilities, & Experience include: BSEE or BSME with 8+ years or commensurate experience leading engineering teams Possesses solid technical leadership practices for multi-disciplinary engineering teams engaged in the design and development of state-of-the-art electro-mechanical products |
